This reusable therapeutic hot and cold pack can be used to relief common aches, pains, swelling and bruising. With a wide back and long sides, the TheraPearl Neck Wrap will blanket your neck and shoulders simultaneously for twice the relief.
Whether chilled or heated, TheraPearl Technology holds its temperature for the doctor recommended time of 20 minutes and conforms to the body to deliver the perfect relief from aches and pains. Easily pliable when frozen, it is cold enough to offer targeted ice therapy without sacrificing flexibility. Not stiff, jagged, or uncomfortable, chilled Thera Pearl packs stay smooth and soft on the skin as they conform to deliver soothing relief. When heated in a microwave, the Pearl Technology in the Thera Pearl packs are the perfect solution to relax stiff muscles and encourage blood flow and healing. Delivers consistent heat therapy to the targeted area of the body.

The packs are odorless and can be cleaned with mild soap and water for repeated uses.
Usage Directions:
The Thera Pearl Pack should be applied to skin for the doctor recommended time of 20 minutes.
Remove and wait at least 20 minutes. Reapply pack for 20 minutes, if needed.
For icy relief, chill Thera Pearl in the freezer or refrigerator for up to two hours.
For penetrating heat, place it in the microwave (timing will depend on the size of the pack). Microwave for time indicated below and test pack temperature. Heat for additional 5 seconds as needed until desired temperature is reached.
700-Watt Microwave: 45 seconds
1000-Watt Microwave: 35 seconds
1250-Watt Microwave: 30 seconds

Use only under adult supervision. Do not open pack. Do not puncture pack and/or ingest contents. Do not fall asleep using pack. For extreme prolonged, or chronic pain, contact a physician. Do not ingest contents. Always test pack temperature prior to application. Overheating or prolonged application may cause injury to person, including burns. Heating beyond suggested time may damage or destroy TheraPearl pack.
