Taken daily, this powder may help to sweep clear forms of bacteria out of the system. It helps eliminate parasites and intestinal worms from the body and aids in keeping the bowels clean. It contains 15 minerals that are known to promote healthier, shinier hair, skin, and nails. It can help lower cholesterol. It can help in increasing energy, and it cleans and detoxifies the body.

Usage Directions:
Add to plain water, put in a smoothie or juice, sprinkle over cereal or porridge.
Start off slowly, say one teaspoon for the first week. Once you’re used to it, you can build up to a full tablespoon. Be sure to drink lots of water throughout the day.
One hour before a meal is an ideal time to take it.
Storage:
Store below 30°C in a dry place.
