Sigmacort Hydrocortisone (1%) Cream 30g
Description:
Sigmacort in a soothing cream base is indicated for the temporary relief of redness, itching and inflammation of the skin caused by:
eczema/dermatitis
Rashes
Insect bites and sunburn
Anal and genital itching
It is a topical corticosteroid therapy for gentle relief of non-infective inflammatory conditions of the skin. It contains the active ingredient called hydrocortisone acetate.
Do not use in children unless your doctor tells you to do so.
Your doctor however, may have prescribed SIGMACORT for another purpose.
A doctor's prescription is required for the 50 gram tube of SIGMACORT cream or ointment.
Ingredients:
Hydrocortisone acetate (microfined) 1% or 10 mg/g is the active ingredient in both SIGMACORT cream and ointment.
Inactive Ingredients
SIGMACORT cream:
- white soft paraffin
- liquid paraffin
- cetomacrogol 1000
- cetostearyl alcohol
- chlorocresol (preservative).
Usage Directions:
Apply a thin smear to affected areas two to four times a day or as directed.
Occlusive dressings are not necessary unless advised by your doctor.
It is important to use SIGMACORT exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
If you use it less than you should, it may not work as well and your skin problem may not improve.
Using it more often than you should may not improve your skin problem any faster and may cause or increase side effects.
Your doctor or pharmacist will tell you how long to use SIGMACORT.
Reduce the number of applications as the disorder subsides.

Store below 25°C.

Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to hydrocortisone acetate or any ingredients in Sigmacort.

Change of Mind

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.
Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
